Halya: Trees are NOT common here. We're in the middle of a fucking DESERT you moron, trees are a part of the terraforming operation. It takes a great deal of time and money to put them into place, to get them to grow, and to keep them alive. Use a little common sense.

Sekira: House arrest? I take you off of your house arrest, and instead deduct the cost of the damage from your pay. You will want to put in a few extra hours on guard duty for a few months.
To make it clear; the trees around the base, and in the dessert are worth as much as a someones life. For every tree ruined after this point will cost one their entire lifetime to pay back the debt.
