I'm not entirly happy with it and hte names of some ranks might yet change but heres what i got so far.
Ranks:Below is a list of military ranks found in the Dark Juraian empire, seperated into several catogeries to give an example of the types of indivudals and the strengths of such people found in those ranks. Its worth noting that while Knights are military warriors they are not ranks simply earned and very few indivduals will ever achieve such power, however they are listed here as a way to understand where Knights stand in the chain of command.
Enlisted:
There are your basic soldiers. All Dark Juraian troops are well trained from a young age and possess excellent skills, picturly in marital combat. Some of high rank (for this level) may even possess basic poewrs.

Officers:
These are hardened soldiers understanding of at least basic militray tactics and of strong morale. Many of them possess basic powers and are quiet capable of using energy based weapons such as key blades.

Shadow Guard:
The elite troops of the Dark Jurai are the Shadow Guard, commonly reffered to as the S.G. These special fighters posess a strong understand of there powers, are well equipped and well trained in leadership skills as well as combat training. Elite groups of these troops often act as body guards for the most inportant of the Dark Jurai.

These are the most powerful of the Dark Jurai. Generals are not just military tactions but advanced Psionic users known as Psi Crushers, some are capable of crushing tanks by sheer thought of will alone. Knights are extordanry indivudals, the best of the best with high ranking military standing. Some act solo and others lead much like Generals.

Dark Juraian Navy Ranks
Ranks: Below is a list of ranks of the Dark Juraian navy, the word navy being used as their fleets in space. These ranks fall in line with the normal ranks found above should there ever be a question of who out ranks a member of the ground troups.
Enlisted:
There are the basic naval personal. All Dark Juraian troops are well trained from a young age and possess excellent skills, particularly in marital combat. Those who show signs of good hand eye coordination and skill in special awareness are selected to become members of the navy. These positions normally position the basic soldiers below as either crew of a ship, to pilots of fighter craft. They also hold basic control of powers.

The elite troops of the Dark Jurai are the Shadow Guard, commonly referred to as the S.G. The Antiair Guard, however, has a different role from the stealthy ground based Shadow Guard. They?re roles in the navy are to lead personnel, work on the ships engines, and command the ship.

Generals of ships are in charge not only of their ship and crew, but of those ships and personnel under their command in a fleet. As such Commander Captains and higher ranks take orders only from superior officers, crowned members of the royal house, knights and the emperor. This honor is bestowed upon them simply because most Commander Captains can trace their lifetime in the military as far back as the first Shikana Wars, and have proven that they have only the best interests of the empire, and their personnel in mind. A planetary governor may control the resources of an entire planet and sits on the council because of it, but Commanders do not have to obey the orders of a governor should they feel such orders would be unwise. Knights are extraordinary individuals, the best of the best with high ranking military standing. Some knights act solo and others lead much like Generals.
