This list isnt created to be complete. Its designed to give an idea of some of the types and vairites of drugs avaiable within the game world. You should see that some are purely recreational, arguably even safe, some are risky but combat effective, a few even have legitmate uses, and some are just truly dark and understandably illegal..
Hush Weed: Commonly rolled up into a cone, or occesionally smoked in a pipe, this drug is of Dark Juraian design, created through plants originally bioenginered for this very use. Hush weed causes a person to relax, destress and generally move at a slower pace. Originally legally distrubited as a relaxer Hush Weed has become more of an annoyance in todays era and it is restricted or bannned per the laws of indiviudla world governors.
Powder Puff: A strange small puffy pod like plant commonly found on Shikana worlds. Its placed into the mouth and slowly chewed, once periced it releases a thick spray of spores, this along with the mildly toxic plant can cause changes in psychial sensations and sometimes induce delusional visions. This has resulted in the concept of good trips and bad trips. An overdose of these plants can cause a person to go into shock, have a suirza, or suffer brain dmage.
Snort: A Techoren manfuctured product, snort is highly addictive. Sniffed up ones nose, Snort enhances ones senses of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing, though these enhancements are often distorted or misinterrupted. Some uses take a person to a near superhuman level of awareness, others just put them in a dillusional dream world.
Silcozo-bipediamortz: Otherwise known as Silco, this drug has a combat advantage and so is known to be found in the hands of merecenies and soldiers, as well as doctors. Taken as tablets, these drugs remove the feeling of most pain, while still retaining full use of other senses. A person could have their jaw broken and not even feel it. The problem is that potential addiction rises with each successive use, and prolonged use results in undesired side effects, ranging from paranoia, to continuing dulling of all senses.
Erotica: This drug sees popular use in the hands of the younger generation, though police agencies commonly reffer to it as the date rape drug. The drug is consumed by swallowing several tablets, or a pwoder mixed in with a drink, the strength of which depends on the quanity. When consumed it causes the user to enter into a state of high arousal. While extremely aruosed the user is still fully mentally coherent and free to do as they desire. The drug is popular among rapists, not because it makes the victim say yes (because it doesnt), but because it makes their body respond postivily despite them saying no.
Black Root: Aquired from the worlds of the elemental arts black root is considered a very potent spiritual awakener. Grounded into a mushy paste this drug is smoked and inhaled, often through the use of a pipe. Consumption of this drug is believed to bring on visions of self discovery and spiritual awakening. Overuse however is believed to attract the attention of bad spirits resulting in false visions and even insanity. All students of the elemental arts consume this drug as part of their study.
Nuelathioxycide: Otherwise known as Nuela, is a drug created by the Nether Elves. When injected into the victims bloodstream it quickly results in relaxation of all advanced motive features. The result is a parazlayzed victim, unable to move their arms or legs, yet still retaining some degree of speech, full sight, hearing and most importantly feeling. Stronger doses also cause lose of speech and eye control, though a victim can still see and hear. An overdose causes all body functions to fail, including breathing and heartrate, resulting in near immediate death. This drug sees popular use, for both abduction and intergration, by criminal circles.
Nemsis: This drug was created by the Jurai as a means to nulify the power of captive individuals. When injected into a victims arm it takes about an hour for the drug to take full effect, at which point the victim will have the shakes and be sweeting hard. The drug causes the mental concentration, required for the use of powers, to be excessivly painful, and often results in uncontrolable muscle spasms. The effects of this drug very from person to person, making it difficult to use with reliable efficency.
Brambleweed: This mysterious plant draws its origins from the same dimension as the anicent Saalise. When this plant is consumed by the user it expectionally (though temporailiy) boosts the users power. It is sometimes used by mighty power users about to enter otherwise sucidial battles, but is more often used by prophets seeking to boost their powers in order to gain crisper, clearer, more indepth, and more controled visions. But Brambleweed comes with a price. It is highly addictive, and continued use results in diminishing returns, whats worse is an addicts personal power fades and waynes when not under the influence of brambleweed.
Dark Bane: This drug is a weaker strain of the drug created by rogue Juraian Knight Jurhan in an attempt to continue the great war. When injected properly into the victim (and it must be done right) the victims mind becomes temporaility reprogramable. While only safe for a 24 hour peroid (after which time a victims mind begins to reasert itself) during this time a persn can be made to believe they are almost anyone. Prehaps a guard believes their only pretending to be a guard while secretly working for the controller, or the guard may beleive they are in fact a quiet submissive maid. This drug is greatly feared for its ability to control powerful polictions at times of important votes.
Jurhan Strain: This highly illegal drug is the pure strain of the mind control drug created by the rogue knight Jurhan. When properly injected into a victim it allows for long term control of the reprogrammed individual. However regular doses must be administered to keep the original personaility surpressed. Continus use can eventually result in a multiple personality disorder as various programmed personas rise to the surface. This drug is feared throughout the alliance and only the mos powerful of people can resist its effects.

Seems like the drugs listed have a lot of influence from real life drugs. Though, even the ones with possibly good uses have the chance of increased addiction and negative side-effects.
Though, the most interesting and devious one is Jurhan Strain. A drug that can reprogram a person seems very interesting to me and would make for possibly good RP, though I could see the very illegal and immoral nature of it.
On what I mentioned earlier, a perfect example is Erotica. It seems to be derived from ecstasy with the intent from roofies.
While Nuelathioxycide seems to have the effect of roofies, with different purposes that the aforementioned date rape drug.
