Nuyara's disregard for the safety of our medical staff has cost us severely in morale and something should definitely be done.

I am outlining a few measures that should be taken

Punishment for Nuyara. Imprisonment has been suggested. Does anyone else have suggestions?

Monetary compensation to the injured. Nuyara should pay for the medical expenses for the nurse to fully recover, the lost wages that being injured has cost this nurse, and an amount, say 10% of the total of that, for pain and suffering.

I think Nuyara doesn't have to pay a dime, as she not only saved the nurse, but assisted in stopping the assailant. Really now...imprisonment and a fine? Please.
