mibbit irc is working properly again

I added the Kiwi IRC client to the list. It's another good web-based IRC client similar to mibbit or qwebirc. One of them is bound to work, no matter where you are.

I changed a few things with the Mibbit client. The widget mode just wasn't working as it should have been. If you want to use it, the link has been edited to take you to the full-featured mibbit client.

The mibbit IRC client linked on the website does not appear to be working for me since the server went down Thursday night. Until it comes back up, use the other IRC client link that goes directly to the qwebirc client running on the IRC server. I will be looking for other options as well.
